Issued Zones: RIV/SBD Mountains … Inland Empire …
Site: SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Thunderstorm Watch effective now through the evening …
Date: 9/10/15 at 1:50pm PT
Forecast: While debris clouds did hamper a lot of the instability, cells are managing to form over Redlands and moving westward over time … additional cells in the Riverside County Mountains will move west and push some outflow into the Inland Empire zones through Temecula and Hemet, westward from there through the afternoon and evening hours …
NOTE: These are ISOLATED TODAY … hit and miss. Not everyone will see them.
Because of the mid-level clouds in the area … this is not a severe watch, but isolated severe cell activity cannot be ruled out …
10 mile rule: These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for. You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
