Issued Zones: Downtown San Diego … Ramona … Palomar Mountain …
Site: SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Weather Advisory effective now for Today …
Date: 9/15/15 at 12:35am PT
Forecast: The tail-end of a front will move through Downtown San Diego and through the Ramona to Palomar areas in a NNE to SSW orientation later this morning for a 3 hour period. This front may contain heavy rainfall rates which could cause urban street flooding and hydroplaning.
Although it does meet our Flood Advisory criteria near the Downtown San Diego zones … The narrow width of this front and impact zone is too small to warrant a larger advisory those this weather advisory will be fine.
10 mile rule: These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for. You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
