Forecast: Instability and lift is increasing across the Western half of San Diego County and passing heavy showers did happen … however now that the instability/divergence zone is moving into the area you’ll start to see the risk of thunderstorms forming now through the evening … The best risk will be along the Foothill zones but it could happen anywhere within the advisory zone …
