Forecast: Major Pacific Storm NIKITA will bring severe thunderstorms and tornado dynamics to areas along the coast, but for further inland we will see the frontal zone cross the area early Tuesday morning, with Kern being first before or at sunrise and the High Desert at or after sunrise.
