Issued Zones:  San Bernardino and Los Angeles County Mountains …Cajon Pass …

Site:  Southern California Weather Force has issued a Blowing Snow Advisory effective today through some of Monday, especially morning commute.

Date:  3/1/20 at 12:00pm PT

Forecast: An Alaskan system is moving through the area right now.  Snow is expected to pile up in spots on the SCWF Snow Model below mainly tonight into some of Monday, with the morning commute being dangerous off the mountains.  This advisory is also for the Cajon Pass as well. 

A Blowing Snow Advisory means gusty winds will be accompanying the snow falling and in some places this will cause visibility to be low.  Use the model below for you area’s forecast. 

This effectively replaces the Winter Weather Watch I issued a couple days back for these same area as a higher final alert …
