Forecast: Strong onshore gradients will bring level 3-4 wind conditions to the region today, with Oxnard seeing gusts especially up over 40 mph. The winds will wan down after 10pm tonight. They will return to 30 mph in Ventura on Tuesday afternoon/evening before the frontal zone moves through on Wednesday morning.
