Forecast: A group of storms that has been active for 12 hours from Eastern Arizona through Phoenix and down I-10, now moving through Southern California’s low desert will make their way to San Diego County and to the coast through the early morning hours.
Aided by what looks like an elongated impulse stretching from Payson, AZ to San Diego County, with some mid-level instability moving west with it … these should make it through the county … I do not know who is up to read this at 1am, but this is going over the alert system, some of you may be working graveyard in this county so that is my obligation …
