SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WEATHER FORCE MAIN:
November 2022 is starting out with a system sliding in out of the north. A number of advisories across the mountain areas down into San Diego are activated for tonight through Thursday morning. Those went over the micro-climate e-mail alert system, not posted on the main SCWF Facebook Page due to not affecting a lot of metro zones within the 10-county jurisdiction zone of SCWF. You can click here for the winter advisory and click here for San Diego County.
The current system was predicted on the October 26th article for the start of the Raiden Storm Pattern for November 2022. Click here to read that.
The week of November 7th looks active, with what looks like a stronger storm system moving in out of the Pacific. These will rack up the rainfall totals for the month. I do calculate we will have average to above average precipitation for the month with a peak of the second and third week being the strongest for precipitation.
Some of these systems will be cold, thus I will be going with below normal temperatures for the month as well, which does match my 2022-2023 forecast for a colder season to come. Click here for that article.
