Colder Pacific Storm Projected Into Southern California on Around November 2nd, 2024, Details and Maps

Southern Calif0rnia Weather Force has issued the update to the forecast a week ago for a colder system to drop down into Southern California on November 2nd, 2024, so read on for details.

Many models did not show this coming, still the best one does not, however, numbers here at Southern California Weather Force will maintain a storm on November 2nd.  What happened last night with Glendora, Rancho, San Bernardino having heavy rain will look like child’s play (Halloween term) compared to November 2nd.

A cold system will follow the one that slide just to the north of the forecast area on November 2nd.  Heavy rain with a healthy cold front along with a chance of thunderstorms will be likely.

Southern California Weather Force models do show a good dose of rain that will bring November to average rainfall in a short period of time, which is in line to the long-range forecast of a wetter La Nina.

In addition to the rainfall that will move across, the colder air with it will give Big Bear Lake a chance at 6-8″ of snowfall, and that should be either a winter weather advisory or winter storm watch/warning when the time comes.  Still, that card is there.

This system should bring some rain to all areas, even the low desert zones.

Use the zoom-in models for the precipitation forecast on a preliminary level.  It can change, but for now, I will keep it there.
