PDS Enhanced Santa Ana Wind Warning Issued For Monday into Tuesday, January 20th into 21st

Southern California Weather Force has officially upgraded from Long Range Weather Advisory and Santa Ana Wind Watch to a rare, yet first highest class PDS Santa Ana Wind Warning effective Monday into Tuesday.  A PDS is the highest-class warning for Santa Ana Winds here, meaning a Particular Danger Situation.

As stated on January 10th, we would have another Santa Ana Wind Pattern this week.  This is major.  I mean, major.  As you can see from the Southern California Weather Force images below, the blues are tough to get.  Simi Valley, Ramona will have the strongest wind event in many years, and even Orange County, Rancho Santa Margarita zone, likely a once in a generation event.  This will be stronger than the ones that caused the Palisades Fire.

I mean, look at Baja, Mexico with blue.  This is a major event so do not take this lightly of a regular Santa Ana Wind Event.

Look at Big Bear.  Even they will get it strong.  Even San Diego County.  These winds will be strong.  The entire Inland Empire is covered in my shades, which shows even more this is a major event.

Do what you need to do, they will shut your power off, and do not forget to be vigilant on spotting arson idiots.
