Southern California Weather Force has issued a Thunderstorm Statement, which may turn into an Thunderstorm Watch for Tuesday.
Zones … San Diego, Inland Empire, Orange County … Offshore islands from San Clemente to Catalina.
Discussion … A storm system coming through the Raiden Storm Diamond will move into the region on Tuesday, with enough lift and instability to bring lightning strikes to the area.
Heavy rain, hail, strong winds, and isolated tornado chances will all be possible, especially San Diego to Northern Baja.
San Diego, as with the last storm and northern Baja Mexico will be ground zero.
