What is it? Similar to Southern California Weather Force, I’ve broken the state down into 50 zones from mountain, valley, desert, and river. As you note on the Arizona Weather Force Facebook Page you can see it is regional only. Within this service is now an e-mail list that you can be a member of and with this you will be able to log into the main site opening this week.
In there you can select ANY of the 50 zones pertaining to you. If I issue an alert like a winter weather alert, you will receive it there while the Facebook Page will not. Arizona Weather Force Facebook only updates if majority of the state will be affected. So if you live in Payson or Prescott and Phoenix isn’t going to be affected by an event and you have snow coming, I will only issue via the e-mail alert service you are about to sign-up for.
These are custom alerts and you will not get these from any other source.
